there is no method to browse different open instances of worlds, even if other open instances of the world may be present. Being able to peruse other open instances of a world would distribute the user base instead of leading to one instance of a world succeeding and another failing

Of any world, instance numbers should be visible, and selectable to which you'd like to try to enter
