The ability to place any door in your world
I would like to be able to place any door in my world. It should also send a note to that door's owner so they can veto if they do not want it placed there. Creators should be able to check the world property of being able to place the door. It would really clean up my create menu because I wouldn't need to be a tester/editor of so many worlds

Putting any door you want into your world is very helpful. thanks.

Door Sharing. I want the ability to grant friends the ability to put doors to my worlds in theirs without requiring them grant me permission to edit their worlds. And vice versa. This would allow better discovery of worlds and support rich curation based on content vs "Who you know." It could also be a potential gateway to advertising.

I like having to reach out and meet new builders to request their door, it makes for great community building! On the flipside, since you're only allowed 8 testers, a lot of times builders dont have any more tester slots available! Being able to choose whether your door can be shared publically would allow for more visibility for creators!

I'd like the ability to choose which doors are in my HW Home Space.. shortcuts to GAMEGRID & ZAP ZAP would be great!
Also which GAMES go into my homespace. (Like The Boomerangs & Targets -

Good request here with easy implemention. Make it so.

If I'm understanding this idea correctly, then yes. Completely agree, it seems like an obvious way to build a nexus of interconnecting worlds without the need to keep invoking a menu and searching for destinations. I think it also makes sense to be able to easily build neighbourhoods of ideas and creators. The current model is the equivalent of building a web page then finding that you aren't able to post hyperlinks to any other pages.

This is a necessity for world creators. If worlds are like web sites they need the ability to link to other doors.

I would limit this to any publicly published world. If not set discoverable, then only editors or testers should be able to create doors.
Unclear how the UI would work for this, tho. Currently, you have to scroll through a list of all doors available to you, which is a limited set. UI probably needs some sort of new text keyword “search” function.

It would be awesome if the door owners also received metrics on the door use. Which door in which world is driving the most visits would be a great first metric

Please, it’s very difficult to get doors made and it would increase traffic.

The current system is very limiting and results in little circles of collaborators worlds. You end up wandering around the same half a dozen worlds.

Yes please!
It's the easiest way to put discovery in the hands of the community. Imagine an internet where you couldn't link to whatever you wanted. It's crazy not to do this... -

Hope this will be implemented soon! Hub worlds take too much time to build otherwise.

Please allow me to install doors that enter my world in worlds published by other creators.
Of course it seems like the creator of the world should be able to decide whether to allow it or not when it publishes.
It's like leaving a link to my blog on someone's blog. Then, it seems possible to collect portals of the world with a specific purpose or to categorize numerous portals.

simply adding creators with the ability to "allow others to make door" to whatever worlds that choose to allow. (this goes with my other idea to add a "allow others to make copy of world" button!!) just pop these two toggle options in the world settings menu!

There's probably no reason to limit doors to collaborators.
(If necessary, later there could be a block list of "don't allow this user / world to link to mine" but it probably would go mostly unused.)

There could be so many more, and better, hub worlds if only doors were easier to make. This would only make it more enjoyable to discover the worlds. Imagine how limited the web would be if you had to involve the author every time you wanted to link to something they made, and how annoying it would be for the authors of popular content. Please add features to make it easier.

Yes! Please make this happen! I want to create curated worlds with doors to specific experiences without having to involve the creators. I don't have the time to hunt them all down, but I'd LOVE to give them props.

We desperately need a better way of sharing portal doors. 10 testers limits us on where we can share our creations. Making someone a collaborator is dangerous since they can duplicate your world or make unwanted changes to your world for the sake of dropping their door.
