Asset Marketplace
As asset creators, we want to be able to monetize our creations sometimes. It would be amazing if users could browse either a in world shop, or a web style marketplace to purchase assets that I may be selling.
We need an asset library and asset sharing capabilities, but how those assets will be allowed to be used is also important.
A creator should be able to set C/M/T rights to control how the assets they are sharing are utilized by users.
Copy- allow an item to be copied or not. This is most important in the case of monetization but may be useful in other ways a such as a game where a user can win assets by clearing a certain level of a game. If a user wants more than one of an item, they would need to win more than one copy of an item.
Modify- would let a creator to determine whether after sharing an asset with a user the user would be able to edit the asset. This would be useful if you wanted to create an art piece and then share it. You would want the art piece to remain in its same proportions, colors, textures, and sounds in order for it to be identifiable as your original art piece.
Transfer- this permission is also important for the sharing assets. If a creator develops a line of assets to distribute and then starts distributing them they may not want other users to also distribute their work. This would limit who was able to distribute the original asset. For example a creator releases a couch asset to user A and user B wanted the couch they would have to go to the creator and would not be able to get it from user A.

Just bumping this because I feel that it's even more relevant these days than it was when we started with monetization discusions at the beginning of the year.
Copy/Modify/Transfer rights are a must if we're going to allow people to transfer assets. I've heard that with the new asset folders and the ease of sharing assets IP theft has been on the rise.

I would also like to upvote this. I found my queuing script in an extremely popular world, I did not share it with the creator although I share it freely. I comment my scripts with 'please leave creator credits', and yet the creator with the popular world had NO IDEA who I was, which means whoever I shared that asset with stripped the credits! Please allow creators like me, who come from a software engineering background and not a social media/entertainment background to monetize their works in Horizon. It is very discouraging to see a number of worlds utilizing scripts I've written have the monetization tools partially based on traffic derived from the interactivity of our intellectual work, and have no method of receiving compensation for that effort.

Also plz track downloaded how many times.
Current system is actually penalizing people who create popular asset cos they need to add a person name everytime someone new wants to download that asset.
