Remove the 'poll to remove' feature on events with moderators
Frequently, when in a moderated event, some yahoo will start abusing the 'poll to remove' feature on random people. The popup dialogs are distracting and everyone knows what's going on so just clicks 'stay'. However, unlike normal world instances, these events have Hosts and Moderators, who have special moderation tools.
I would suggest that for moderated events, the 'poll to remove' feature is disabled, and the moderators use their extra features to just boot disruptive people from the world.

I think to add that the creator of the world of they are there when the trolls and hackers are causing problems should have a way from banning someone from the world. Something that sends the offending individual back to their 'home' or 'private space'. Make the ban available for at least a day or two. If the creator needs it to be longer, they would need to write in to Horizons and explain why the individual should be removed permanently.

As long as people are there to take action

Or at lease provide a toggle that allows the event creator to turn off/keep the feature. And ban the people who habitually abuse the poll to remove feature simply to harass groups at events.
