Sell a World as an NFT! or a real estate deal.
Some builders are creating worlds that are like art pieces! We'd like to be able to sell that as an official NFT on one of the popular blockchains.
Useful options could include:
The original creator gets %10 of future resales of the work!
The world can be locked, to avoid it's being duplicated by an unscrupulous buyer in the future, or damaged by an unscrupulous seller!
Some NFT's are sold in a numbered edition, such as 1 - 10
There are other builders who are constructing worlds as houses or buildings to be sold to buyers to do whatever they want with them afterward. Official infrastructure to help with this process would also be helpful!

I wish for an official marketplace by meta for easily sharing built assets, free or purchasable. With download rating and comments section.
