Inner Radius tool for Torus and Pipe
Torus and Pipe can only be transformed by simple scale and stretch methods. The inner radius of these primitives is currently fixed. This could be vastly improved if the inner radius could be adjusted, allowing users to make all manner of rings, tubes, pipes etc. I'll be cheeky and refer the development team to my other suggestion to allow fractional: halves and quarters to primitives. If these two tool suggestions were implemented, it would mean that users could make far more efficient curved shapes. For example, at prenent, If I wanted to make a curved handrail, I would need to make a thin cylinder, then carefully copy and array the shape, which could result in a large number of cylinders being made to create a curve. OR,(If my suggstions are implemented) Take a torus, shrink the inner radius, halve the torus, then scale it. Rather than having dozens of smaller objects making a curved handrail, we now have one object doing the job of many.

I will vote for anything that gives us more room to build! And this particular idea is very important
