Bake objects into Single Mesh item
I would like to be able to finalize my art work by baking in the mesh so that it can never be taken apart, and have it become one object.

New Shape
Pyramid without the top triangle section, aka a truncated square pyramid or a pyramidal frustum. This shape can alse come in a cone without the top section. Please make this asap, it will make roofing much easier!
Also all shapes (old and new) should be placed into one folder to make finding easier.

Make Mesh Objects Editable
The new mesh objects in the assets library are lovely, but they would be more usable if we could edit them.
For example, in the saloon asset, there is a mesh group of wooden planks, but we can't enter that group to delete or resize individual planks. As another example, the wheels on the moon buggy are in a mesh group, but there's no way to ungroup and/or edit them. The list goes on.
By making something or groups of somethings a mesh, Horizon is basically putting a "you can't touch this" barrier around objects. Perhaps the problem is there…

Event door
So basically it would be really cool to drop an event door down in our worlds so have it as an asset so if the creator of that world has an event he could pop down a door down in build mode and then when the event is live it will open just like in venues I think this would be an amazing idea especially if you are a creator of a high traffic world

A blockchain for assets on the Horizon?
Pros and Cons for Meta hosting a blockchain for user generated assets on the Horizon??
What does it do> Tag asset passing hands and total download/children versions
All registered players start with X coins. They cloud mine the blockchain by simply logging into their Meta devices.
Mined coins can be traded between users on hzw.Pros:
Fun !
Propel user generated asset developmentCons:
Cost?
Time? Maybe a year or few until it can be implemented?
what would the haters say? not decentralized? it's still blockchain, with a real purpose!1 vote -
Asset Permissions
Locking assets should be a tool used to protect personal creations. If a collaborator wishes to save that particular asset to their library, a request would be sent to the creator to either approve or decline. A tab would be added in the build menu that would house the asset permissions log so creators can see exactly who is using their assets and where they are placed. This would continue beyond approval so that each time this locked asset is requested to use a log would be generated so if user1 creates thingA and user 2 receives permission the log…

Asset Sharing Controls
With the implementation of the asset library, we’ll have to think more about how assets are shared. A creator should be able to set C/M/T(Copy/Modify/Transfer) rights to control how the assets they are sharing are utilized by users.
Copy- allow an item to be copied or not. This is most important in the case of monetization but may be useful in other ways a such as a game where a user can win assets by clearing a certain level of a game. If a user wants more than one of an item, they would need to win more than one…

Allow or add inverted Sphere primitives for custom skybox use
When working in some full graphic libraries, an object primitive Sphere can be given negative values for dimensions that "invert" the object, making the viewable/paintable side the inside instead of the outside - i.e., if a sphere 1m in diameter is given a universal x-y-z sizing of -1, it would still be 1m in diameter but inverted.
This is useful for creating custom skyboxes with images (in other GLs with skin importing) or colors in HWs. In HWs, creating star fields and skies would be much more simple if we could just toggle a box that inverts the object, forcing…

Would like the ability to Distort/ skew shapes. Add diagonal arrows at minimum to pull. Also the ability to cut shapes, a scissor function would be great

Chair Request
I know that it's unlikely, but as the Horizon Worlds team are busy making assets that users cannot, I'm just going to ask for a very close, if not identical copy of the chair attached in this asset suggestion. It's a lovely chair, it would be perfect for a world that I'm working on. Of course, if users could fashion their own objects using the Meta backend content creation tools, I'd make it myself.

Tufted wall panels
I'm only requesting this as I've had to deconstruct the modular couch to pull out one tufted cushion. It would be great to have a tufted wall panel with six to eight buttons. These would be really useful for archviz projects, padded cells, mattresses etc.

Halloween Props
Halloween is fast approaching. Firstly, I'd like to thank the Horizon Worlds team for Skull & Skeleton meshes. I'm going to ask for something that's painfully missing from spooky worlds. Cobwebs! Spreading cobwebs, drooping cobwebs, corner cobwebs. Much as I like to experiment with text in order to get an effect that I can't do with easily with geometry, I think that I'd go insane with any attempt to make a cobweb that people would roll their eyes at.
Halloween decorations in the real world often have severed heads, hands, eyeballs, carved pumpkins and ghosts. There are probably other props…1 vote -
